[GamChix] GAMCHIX_UTG-ITCA Mentorship and Collaboration Program

@ Fatou this will be a good starting point and as an ast. PAC , i would
like  us to form a sub committee  so that we can  come up with an activity
plan  .We can't do it alone , so  we need all on board  to make this a
reality..

For  our first outreach  program  let us all make a research on the topic:
ie safe browsing  and come up with simple presentation  or what so ever and
the committee  can review it  before  its presentation.
