Only one specific tentative date was suggested by Alagie (Saturday 11am - 1pm. see thread email below). Sunday morning might not work for those going to church(myself included). I suggest others state the date most favorable for them or state that they want it postponed to June. As usual the majority will carry the vote. 

2— Do you want me to Reach out to Kumbale regarding the Chevening Scholarship? Please check applicaton dates and let me know

Since the meeting will be just one Sunday of the whole ramadan Month. 

1. We can try to attend once and for all. 

We can consider the following options as well: 

2. Schedule the date for Saturday 11am to 1pm (considering Sunday Church) 
3. Last Sunday of June after ramadan being last resort.
