[RouteViews-users] About Routeview's current peering policy

Dear Route Views staff,
   I'm writing on behalf of Level eighty-six LTD, AS212483. We're 
interested in your project and want to get connected.
   We have contacted help at routeviews.org for peering 5 days ago, but it 
seems that we got no response. We also heard a rumor says Routeviews 
don't respond to peering request which worries us a lot, so I'm writing 
to ask the current peering policy of Routeviews, is this rumor true?
