of the Working Group on Mentorship Program.

Also to tell you there is a hot discussion among member of the Mentorship
WG on a separate email thread to avoid flooding the Mailing. but important
updates regarding the group's progress will be shared on the list as we go

Good Morning,

Alhamdulillah the first step of our program went well, the turnout was
great with almost all intakes present. We had over forty students in
attendance and all were happy with the chance that The mentorship is going
to give them. Their faculty officer also was present and he was impressed
and thankful for the opportunity that gamchix was giving to the students. I
am positive that this will be a great three months In Shaa Allah and a
wonderful start for gamchix.

Next is how we are going to attache the intakes to mentors and kick start
the program. I have attached herein the list of the students that attended
and the presebtaion used. Please send in you comments and suggestions on
how we are going attach the mentees to  mentors and what is going to be our
next step.
