[GamChix] Requesting for an explanation

It is refreshing to hear from you since you left. I hope you are well?

Thank you for the extraordinary interest shown since the audit exercise of
dormant members which you were unfortunate to a be part of.

See below inline responses to your concerns,

1. There was any specific reason for this sudden measure?
>>If you can recall, In 2017 we as a group(which you were a part of) agreed
and adopted the GAMCHIX constitution which clearly states that "*membership
will be terminated If a member does not participate in the activities of
the Association for more than three (3) months without any genuine
explanation or reason."* It was shared to the entire group and I implore
you to refer back to it to clear any doubts you might have.

2. This meant a total expel from Gamchix or just from the whatsApp group?
>> Not at all,  Please note that we do not enjoy doing such exercises and
it was not done out of malice and we would rather retain full active
membership than dormant members. That being said, you are free to reaffirm
your commitment to the organization and your membership will be reinstated
as others have done.

3. The decision was agreed on or voted for during last meeting?
>> This was a unanimous decision and it was long overdue in the hope that
members will adhere to the several warnings which were captured in the
monthly minutes shared on the mailing list.

Lastly, We understand that you are not physically present but we live in a
digital age and I`m afraid that is not a strong enough reason not to fully
participate in the affairs of the group you so dearly cherish.

I hope this has helped clear any doubt and confusion you may have had.
